These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClotheMeFor. Please read them carefully — creating an account or using the app means you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ClotheMeFor, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and ClotheMeFor ("we", "us", "our").

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use ClotheMeFor. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@clothemefor.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You own the photos and information you upload to ClotheMeFor. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your wardrobe data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to reverse-engineer it, scrape data, or upload content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & billing

ClotheMeFor offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content

Outfit suggestions and item tags are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional styling advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI suggestions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClotheMeFor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of ClotheMeFor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
